Commissioning is a straight-forward and enjoyable process, and above all it is a two way affair. I work with customers to embody their own ideas and desires in creating a piece of jewellery that has lasting, personal meaning for them. It can also be a way of giving a very special gift. Most jewellery is “personalised” after it is bought, usually by engraving a personal message on the back of it. A commissioned piece of jewellery is very different: what makes it personal is part of the design itself from the very beginning. It is not always more expensive than buying something already made, and I can work within a budget.
If you think commissioning might be for you, contact me, and look at my Gallery of Previous Commissions.
If you do commission a jewel, you will become a special and privileged customer as I will always try to create additional or matching pieces for jewellery you have already bought.
